GDPR — Your Data Rights

This page explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how to exercise them with Clinicest. See our Privacy Policy for what data we collect and why.

Your rights

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
• Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability — request your data in a portable format.
• Right to object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened.

How to exercise your rights

Email hello@clinicest.com with your request. We will need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we aim to respond within one month, as required by GDPR.

Analytics consent

Analytics is optional and off until you accept it. You can withdraw that consent at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Read the Cookie Policy

International transfers

Where you have separately given explicit clinic-sharing consent (see the Privacy Policy's "Sharing with Matched Clinics" section), your request may be shared with up to 3 matched clinics in Turkey so they can review it — since Clinicest's own infrastructure and these clinics are based in Turkey, this sharing is domestic, not an international transfer. We only share what is listed in that section, and only once that separate consent has been given — never merely because you submitted a request. Using Clinicest can still involve an international transfer in other ways, for example when the AI chat assistant processes your messages outside Turkey; see the Privacy Policy's "International Data Transfers" and "AI chat assistant" sections for more.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
