How many trips does All-on-4 require?
Usually two: a first stay for surgery and a temporary bridge, then a shorter visit some months later once the implants have healed, for the final bridge. Ask for the schedule in writing.
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
All-on-6 uses two more implants per arch for extra support. It may be suggested when bone is weaker or the bridge is long. Only an examination and scan can show which suits you, and your dentist should explain their reasoning.
Is All-on-4 reversible?
Not in any simple way. The implants are placed in the bone and the bridge is fixed to them, so it is a long-term commitment. That is why it is worth comparing more than one plan and taking your time.
