Dental Bridges in Turkey: Cost, Process & UK Patient Guide
Short answer
A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by joining a false tooth to crowns on the teeth either side. It is usually a short-stay treatment, but it depends on healthy neighbouring teeth — and an implant is the main alternative.
Reference range in Turkey: €400–900 (about £344–774) per 3-unit bridge.

Prices are indicative and may vary depending on examination, treatment plan and included services. Only a written treatment plan from a clinic is a price you can rely on.
What a bridge is for
A bridge fills a gap by anchoring a false tooth (or teeth) to crowns fitted on the teeth either side. It is an alternative to an implant for people who are not suitable for implant surgery or prefer not to have it. The trade-off is that the anchor teeth are shaped and crowned even if they were healthy.
Trips and timeline
Often a single stay of several days: the anchor teeth are prepared and scanned, a temporary bridge is worn while the permanent one is made, and the final bridge is fitted before you leave. Ask for the schedule in writing.
Risks and limits
- The anchor teeth lose enamel and can develop decay or nerve problems later.
- The bridge needs careful cleaning underneath, and may eventually need replacing.
- Long bridges put more load on the anchor teeth.
Bridge or implant
An implant replaces a missing tooth without touching the teeth beside it, which is often preferred when those teeth are healthy. A bridge avoids surgery and a healing period and can make sense when the neighbouring teeth already need crowns. A dentist who has examined you should explain the trade-off for your gap.
Turkey and the UK
Bridges are priced by the number of units. We do not have a sourced UK price range for bridges, so the cost page shows only the Turkey reference range and says so. See all treatment costs.
What to check before you book
- The number of units, the material, and the price, in writing.
- The condition of the anchor teeth, and whether they need other treatment first.
- Why a bridge rather than an implant was recommended for you.
- The warranty, and who pays for corrective work if you need it after you return.
What affects the price
- Number of units and material.
- Condition of the supporting teeth, which may need treatment first.
- Bridge versus implant: the alternatives are priced and last differently.

Bridge or implant — which is better?
It depends on the gap and on the neighbouring teeth. An implant does not require the teeth beside it to be shaped; a bridge avoids surgery and healing time. A dentist who has examined you should explain the trade-off for your case.
